This production is based on the stories by Anton Chekhov, focused on the relationship between a man and a woman. This deep and wise researcher of human hearts and characters wrote a lot about it, sometimes sadly and sometimes jokingly, but always precisely and correctly. The genre of the performance is, of course, primarily a comedy, but as Anton Chekhov is one of the great masters of comedy, such as Aristophanes and Moliere, it is both a joy and hard work to deal with his texts.
The performers are young actors, who joined the theatre’s troupe in 2014.
